SHIPPING & RETURNS
All domestic orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping, expected to be delivered within 7 business days of your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
All international orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We are pleased to offer free international shipping, expected to be delivered within 10-14 business days of your order confirmation email. An upgrade to express shipping is available for an additional fee. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected detention of a shipment by customs. If we expect a significant delay in shipment order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. CHI Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs and sales tax are dependent on where you live and which products you purchased from CHI Naturals. All estimated customs and taxes will be applied and reflected upon checkout for any domestic purchases.
For international purchases, you agree and will be responsible for calculating any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc).
CHI Naturals want to process and ship your product to you as soon as possible, so it is crucial to contact our customer service team at email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order. If your order(s) have been processed and shipped, it can’t be canceled or changed. Please contact our customer support team firstname.lastname@example.org for a return or refund.
If your order is damaged upon arrival or if you notice any product defects, please contact us immediately to file a claim for damaged, defective, or lost product(s). All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. To file a claim, please email us at email@example.com with detailed information regarding your shipment accompanied by clear photos of alleged damage as soon as possible. Once we receive proof of damage, please allow at least 3 business days for the claim to be processed. We will send you a processing confirmation and the refund credit will be applied to your credit card statement within 3-5 business days (Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction).
All CHI Naturals products are tested for quality assurance before shipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all unopened CHI products qualify for a full refund within 5 days of delivery. We will deduct $25 USD from the refund amount as a restocking fee. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase to request a return. Once the request has been approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You will be responsible for sending your return back with a tracking number--please note that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for any costs of the return shipment unless the return was a result of our error. You will receive an email confirmation after we’ve received and processed your return and the appropriate refund credit will be applied to your credit card statement within 3-5 business days.
